Worldwide Free Shipping
All artwork purchased is shipped free of charge to the customer and is fully Insured.
please see below for International sales.
For purchasers within Australia, the artwork is stretched on an internal frame, with hardware attached ready to hang. If you would like an external floating frame please contact Julia for a quote.
For International sales, the artwork is sent in a roll and requires stretching.
International custom fees or taxes if any, are to be paid by the customer.
Damaged goods
Once you've received the artwork please check for any visual damage to the packaging before signing and accepting delivery. If damage is visible, take photo evidence and inform the damage to the courier. If the artwork is also damaged, please photograph the damage on the artwork and contact Julia immediately for instructions. Without this evidence you won't be entitled to a return, refund or repair. Please also keep the packaging. to facilitate return of the artwork.
Change of mind
If the unfortunate event occurs where the artwork is not the right fit for your space, please contact Julia within 7 days of receiving your delivery, for instructions or resolution. To receive a refund, all artwork must be packaged in its original packaging. Julia will arrange the pick up of the artwork to be sent back to the studio. All arrangements must be completed within 2 weeks from when the artwork was delivered to you. Failure to adhere to these time frames voids your rights for a return based on change of mind. All costs associated with the return of the artwork is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Your refund will be processed once the artwork has been received by Julia in its original condition.
